In one of two matches today for the Wizards, the team that would be considered the "first team" lost to Toronto FC this morning 2-0 down in Bradenton, Florida, both TFC goals coming from Maurice Edu. I'll update this once I get more information, but it's troubling that in the three games against MLS competition, the "first team" managed just one goal, off a PK by Carlos Marinelli.
UPDATE: Hillcrest Road has the lineup for the game against Toronto today. It looks like it's basically our starting lineup for opening day, minus maybe Iván Trujillo.
