Wizards Facing Must Win

The Wizards head into the final 3 games in the thick of the playoff chase. With 2 home games left, these two become critical if the Wizards want to make the playoffs, especially with the team's poor road form. They welcome New England tomorrow out at Community America Ballpark. This is the second time the team's meet this year, the first, New England took 3-1 back in April. New England has clinched a playoff birth already, but is still fighting to get the second seed.

New England will be missing two players due to World Cup Qualifiers, Kenny Mansally and Sainey Nyassi will be with Gambia. The Wizards on the other hand, have basically their full team to choose from. Claudio Lopez miss his second game in a row with an ankle injury, other than that, the Wizards should be healthy. As for the lineup, Thad's interview with Coach Onalfo that he posted today looks like we'll have a similar lineup to the past few weeks.
Hartman
Leathers - Conrad - Wahl - Harrington
Jewbury
Gomez - Arnaud - Souter
Thompson - Wolff

PREDICTION - As I said earlier, the Wizards need to win this game. If they want to make the playoffs, the Wizards need the win. Their road record is not something they are going to want to have to rely on, on the last day of the eason up in New England. So getting a win here is important. New England hasn't played great lately, but they're not going to be a push over.

KC - 2 (Wolff, Gomez)
NE - 1 (Twellman)

NOTE: GATE A CLOSED: GATE A IN THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE STADIUM WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW. THOSE OF YOU IN THE SEASON TICKET LOT, USE GATE B.
