US Open Cup Schedule

US Soccer has announced the schedule for this year's Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. The Wizards qualified to automatically enter in the 3rd round this year thanks to their finish last season. This means the Wizards didn't have to play in any qualifying games like they had the past two years. The team now knows that their first game in the US Open Cup will be on June 30th. This gives the Wizards a third game in the month of June along with 2 league matches earlier in the month. The rest of the month will likely still fill up with SuperLiga matches. The Wizards will have a league match at home against Houston 4 days after their first game.
