Wizards Will Open Against United

For the second season in a row, the Kansas City Wizards will be opening against DC United. This time, though, the game will be in Kansas City. The game will be Saturday, March 29th at 7 pm central time at Community America Ballpark. This could also be the leagues first look at Juan Sebastián Verón, who looks like he could be signing with DC United this off season. There is also already talk from the Handball United fans of a road trip to KC for this game.

In other game news, the Wizards have announced the plan for how season ticket holders will choose their seats. In the first link I posted, the press release states how season ticket holders will be given a specific time next week to come out to CAB to choose where they will sit. As for the Cauldron, that location is still to be decided, although there are two options for where the group will be. For more on that discussion you can check out bigsoccer.com. Below is the stadium map with a picture of the two possible Cauldron locations.
