Jimmy Nielsen finished with the 3rd most minutes in all competitions in a single season with 3,630 minutes played, 65 minutes behind Nick Garcia and Peter Vermes from the 2000 season.

Nielsen also made his 40th appearance in all competitions for KC, tying him for the most apperances in team history (with Garcia and Vermes in 2000, Chris Brown in 2002, and CJ Sapong in 2011).

Nielsen became only the 3rd player to start 40 games for KC in a single season.  40 is the most starts in a single season in team history.

Roger Espinoza made his 130th appearance in all competitions for KC, tying him with Jose Burciaga and Uche Okafor for 16th on that list.

Espinoza made his 6th playoff start, tying him with Igor Simutenkov and Carey Talley for 20th on that list.

Espinoza made his 106th start in all competitions, breaking his tie with Bo Oshoniyi for 19th on that list.

Matt Besler made his 121st appearance in all competitions, breaking his tie with Sean Bowers for 19th on that list.
