Friday After Stats

In the 19th minute, Michael Harrington hit the 10,000 minute mark for Sporting KC. He finished the game with 10,071 minutes played. He's the 12th player to hit that mark.

Harrington also made his 141st appearance in all competitions for KC tying him with Francisco Gomez for 14th place on that list.

It was also his 124th league appearance breaking his tie with Chris Brown for 12th on that list.

Harrington also made his 124th start in all competitions, breaking his tie with Jose Burciaga for 13th place on that list.

The red card to Jimmy Nielsen was the first time a Sporting KC keeper did not finish a game they started since 2004 when Bo Oshoniyi subbed in for Tony Meola in a US Open Cup game vs Atlanta. It appears to be the first time in league play since 2003 also in a game against the Chicago Fire.

It was Davy Arnaud's 229th start in all competitions, breaking his tie with Jimmy Conrad and moving him into a tie with Preki for 3rd place on that list.
