After his tweet yesterday ahead of KC's departure a portion of the Sporting KC fan base that was already vulnerable due to the news about Nementh took Dwyer at his word and assumed a full on housecleaning was on at the Sporting KC front office. Dwyer followed it up by deleting the tweet in the same manner he had done the day before in regards to the Nemeth news.
This time though Sporting KC responded quickly to Dwyer's tweet squashing those rumors and trying to put out fires that raged back up again, if only for a short time after last night's news.
