Krisztian Nemeth's goal was his fifth in the US Open Cup this year, that tied him with Dom Dwyer for the most in the competition this year.

The five goals also ties Nemeth for the most goals in team history in the US Open Cup with Dwyer, Davy Arnaud, and Igor Simutenkov. When you include qualifiers he's tied for first now with those three and CJ Sapong.

The game technically ended in a draw, meaning it is Peter Vermes' 59th draw in all competitions breaking his tie with Bob Gansler for the most in all competitions in team history.

In the 116th minute Graham Zusi moved past Jack Jewsbury and into 8th place for minutes played in all competitions, Zusi finished the game with 14,978 minutes played.

Zusi also tied Jewsbury for 8th in starts in all competitions for KC with 162.

The assist by Chance Myers was his 17th in all competitions for KC, tying him with Claudio Lopez and Roger Espinoza for 17th on that list.

Myers made his 129th start in all competitions, tying him with Aurelien Collin for 18th on that list.

Counting qualifiers as well Myers and Matt Besler broke their tie with Nick Garica for the second most games played in the US Open Cup with 15.

In the US Open Cup proper Besler and Jacob Peterson tied Garcia for the second on that list for games played.
