S.A.S. Thursday After Stats

Soony Saad and Peterson Joseph made their first league starts for Kansas City.

Saad's start also made him the 3rd youngest player to ever start a league game at 19 years 308 days.  He knocked Peter Byaruhanga at 20 years 364 days off the list.

Michael Thomas made his first appearance and first start for KC in all competitions.

Roger Espinoza made his 100th league appearance for Sporting KC, he's the 21st player to hit that mark for KC.

The appearance was Espinoza's 112th in all competitions, breaking his tie with Digital Takawira for 20th on that list.

Jacob Peterson's goal was his 10th in MLS play in his career, and his 15th in all competitions.

Kei Kamara made his 50th substitution appearance in all competitions in his MLS career.

The start was Michael Harrington's 136th in all competitions for KC, breaking his tie with Diego Gutierrez for 12th on that list.
