Bravo Recalled by Mexican National Team, Former SKC Wizards Update

We're heading into the international break and quite a few former Wizards are receiving call ups.  Probably one of the most surprising of those call ups is that of Omar Bravo, who was recalled by the Mexican national team for their upcoming qualifiers against Honduras and the US.  Bravo has had a solid season for Atlas that has earned him this recall to the national team.  Other call ups include Roger Espinoza for Honduras, Kei Kamara for Sierra Leone, Eddie Johnson and Herculez Gomez for the USA, Jermaine Hue of Jamaica Daneil Cyrus for Trinidad and Yura Movsisyan for Armenia. Here's the rest of this week's update.

Nice blog and good work on keeping us updated on where KC players have gone. I don't know where else I could find such info. However should Fekete really be considered a former Wizard? I believe he was never offered a contract and never made the team just like a hundred draft picks before him. I would think if he is included in your list you should include the whereabouts of Cardenas, Reidy and every other draftee who never made the team over the years. Maybe there is more to it that I am not seeing. Thanks.

I include all draft picks in the list. I have found Fekete since KC let him go, I haven't found where Cardenas and Reidy have gone.

The Bravo fallout was bizarrely fast.

He made the bench against Honduras. I'd take him over Convey in a heartbeat.
