Sunday After Stats

Disclaimer: The stats from last night have Diego Rubio entering the game for Dom Dwyer in the 86th minute, when in reality it was in the 79th. As of right now I am going with the official scoring of the substitution, which was the 86th. KC has contacted the league to update official records so once that happens I will update mine accordingly.

Roger Espinoza made his 150th league appearance for KC, he's the 10th player to hit that mark.

With his appearance Espinoza broke his tie with Michael Harrington and Mo Johnston for 10th place on that list.

Espinoza made his 172nd appearance in all competitions for KC, tying him with Chance Myers for 11th on that list.

In the 32nd minute, Espinoza passed Josh Wolff and moved into 14th place for league minutes played for Kansas City. In the 62nd Espinoza then passed Jimmy Nielsen and moved into 13th place on that list, he finished the game with 11,526 minutes played.

In the 10th minute, Espinoza moved past Harrington and into 14th place for minutes played in all competitions. He finished the game with 13,357 minutes played.

Tim Melia made his 50th MLS appearance in his career.

Melia made his 50th appearance in all competitions for KC, he's the 65th player to hit that mark.

It was his 50th start in all competitions as well, he's the 55th player to hit that mark.

Lawrence Olum made his 100th appearance in all competitions for KC, he's the 39th player to hit that mark.
