Youngest/Oldest to Appear for Kansas City

Another stat for you, the youngest and oldest players to appear in or start games in league play and in all competitions.

In league appearances, four new players joined the list. Erik Palmer-Brown became the youngest player to ever appear in a game for Kansas City when he started KC's game in Chicago back in May. The game before, Igor Juliao made his KC debut, also joining the top 20 on this list. With his substitution at half time in Vancouver, Jon Kempin also joined this league list for KC. The final entry was Mikey Lopez who jumped in in 20th place on the list. The four players knocked Peterson Joseph, Vicente Figueroa, Roger Espinoza, and Matt McKeon out of the top 20.

In all competitions, only Palmer-Brown and Juliao joined the list as Kempin and Lopez had both previously made their debuts in all competitions for KC. The pair knocked Scott Vermillion and Joseph out of the top 20.

When it came to league starts, the same four who made their debuts in league play overall made the list for youngest league starters. They knocked off McKeon, Aaron Hohlbein, Ryan Pore, and Justin Detter. Also joining the list was Jimmy Medranda, who debuted in league play in 2013, but made his first start in 2014.

Though for your info a couple times above you have Alex listed ahead of Diego even though Alex appeared to have been younger.
